Student and Young Professionals Central Cell

About us

We are group of passionate students and young professionals who love Jesus. Our goal is to spread the good news and make disciples. We strongly believe in being diligent followers of Christ and to support and encourage each other with love. The two greatest commandments are to love God and love people.

Mark 12:28-31

What we're doing

We are currently studying a book called 'Multiply' by Francis Chan. It focuses on equipping disciples of Jesus (that's us!) on making disciples.

"Go into all the world and make disciples" Matt. 28:19

We also have Apologetics sessions lead by our brother Iven, who is a student at London School of Theology. We have great discussions every week...and we always go off on tangents - it's never boring!

We meet up every Tuesday at 6:30pm - bring your dinner, all are welcome!

Enfield Cell

We are a group of young(ish) working adults who meet on alternate Fridays for a time of catching up, getting to know God in a real way and for food of course. There is a mix of married couples, singles, not-so singles and a baby on the way. Some of us work in the City and others more locally. What we do enjoy doing is getting together on a Friday night, even on those nights when we are too tired.

At cell, we start with some simple dinner with varying degree of quality, before sharing how the past weeks have been or anything else really. Following that we spend time studying God’s word, with a mixture of structured or one-off topics that we feel are relevant to the group. We often finish the session with prayers (and some desserts too).

Bible discussions aside, the core of the cell really is about having a relationship with people who have the same faith and passion for God. In one’s Christian life cycle, we have realised that people our age can be or feel disconnected. When the busyness of life kicks in, when you are anxious about your career progression, when you feel alone or tiny in a big city or even when you feel indifferent about it all, there are real challenges that we face in today’s world.

We think it is essential to be part of a cell so if you have not yet joined one, do think about joining one. We do have a lot of fun (most of the times) in cell so check us out!
